Texas Independence Celebration

It was a beautiful day in San Benito this morning at their annual Texas Independence Celebration.

They had battle reenactments and as a spectator I was able to participate by signing the Texas Declaration of Independence.

I also got to judge two food categories- Pan de Campo and Chicken- both were pretty great. ‪#‎TeamSheila‬ ‪#‎VoteSheila‬
