I am aware that many of you are without power and/or internet. Our court reporter is also without both. For these reasons dockets set for Wednesday February 17, 2021 and Thursday February 18, 2021 are being canceled. This includes both probate dockets and our Divert Court docket. The court is still considering if the civil mental health dockets will go forward. Please stay tuned for any court updates. We are sorry for the inconvenience. For now we intend to hold court on Friday February 19, 2021, however that is subject to change.
