This morning I attended the Family Crisis brunch and my dear friend Veronica Garza Kortan was the keynote speaker. Her speech was about her work with middle schoolers and empowering them through positive actions, words and mentoring in the community. I am so proud of you amiga and the difference you are making for tomorrow’s men and women.
